Lasting Powers of Attorney

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Lasting Powers of Attorney

What would happen if, through age, illness or accident, you were no longer capable of looking after your own affairs?

Your spouse or family would have a very difficult and complex time sorting out the legal authority to act on your behalf, unless you prepare in advance.

How we help

We recommend everyone create a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). It gives the person(s) acting as your attorney the legal authority to make decisions about your personal welfare, property and finances when you may not be able to.

Who can receive Lasting Powers of Attorney?

You can choose anyone you think would be best to act on your behalf in either a Personal Welfare LPA or Property and Financial Affairs LPA.

This could be a spouse, trusted business partner, friend, or if you would feel more comfortable giving this authority to someone somewhat removed from the situation, we would be happy to act for you in that capacity.

Call or E-Mail us today for a free discussion as to how we can help you.
